Open Soul Meditation Technique

Open Soul Meditation Technique lasts for one hour and has four stages, three with music, and the last without. The music has been composed under My Guru's direct guidance specially for this particular meditation. If you would like to try, it is described below -- with short samples of the music from each stage.

Remember that the last stage is in silence! ... and a gong will signal the end of the silent period -- promise!
New Age Meditation Technique
First stage: 15 minutes

Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling energies moving up from your feet.

Let go everywhere and become the shaking. "...Allow the shaking, don't do it. Stand silently, feel it coming, and when your body starts a little trembling help it - but don't do it. Enjoy it, feel blissful about it, allow it, receive it, welcome it - but don't will it. If you force it, it will become an exercise, a bodily physical exercise.

Your eyes may be open or closed.

Meditation Music
    Second stage: 15 minute

Dance . . . any way you feel, and let the whole body move as it wishes.

Third stage: 15 minutes

Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing . . . witnessing whatever is happening inside and out.

Three stages has been added as modified form for modern men ......

These stages are not really meditations but simply a way to prepare ourselves for meditation.

They are a kind of existential weeding.

The steps within each active technique unburden us so that nothing comes in the way when we want to be silent and relaxed, present, and alert.

These moving techniques can be seen as a way to "tune in" to ourselves.

It is not meditation yet; it is still an activity.

Gradually and slowly then you are ready for real traditional meditation. 

Learning Meditation
Fourth stage: 15 minutes

Keep your eyes closed, lie down and be still.     

Easy Meditation Technique


Begin with shaking, then dancing, and end with stillness and silence, first standing or sitting, then lying. This meditation can be done at anytime to let go of the accumulated stress of the day.

"Allow the shaking, don't do it", in 1st stage - after 15 min the music will change , signaling the start of second stage.

 "Let the dance flow in its own way; don't force it. Rather, follow it; allow it to happen".

You are just playing, playing with your life energy, playing with your bio-energy, and allowing it to move in its own way. Just like the wind blows and the river flows, you are flowing and blowing. Feel it.

Open Soul Meditation is a way to change your attitude towards life.

The act of practicing open soul meditation changes you from inside.

It takes a lot of work, but slowly you become more relaxed and more connected to people.

It's not an easy solution.

But it is a solution.
